Le restaurant est parfait, petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner parfaits. Le chef est vraiment talentueux. Les serveurs nombreux sont efficaces. Le maître d'hotel est très efficace lui aussi
Cet hôtel est très bien, le rapport qualité-prix est bon, la proximité de l'aéroport est très appréciable (vu la circulation à Mumbai). Le gros problème rencontré : il y avait des travaux en cours dans l'hôtel, des chambres étaient en réfection au 4ème étage. Notre chambre se situait au 5 ème étage, juste au-dessus des travaux. Le bruit était infernal (coups de marteaux et burin). Les travaux se sont poursuivis le samedi et le dimanche. Nous avons réclamé à la réception, dans un premier temps on nous a dit que les travaux s'arrêteraient le dimanche. Ce qui était faux. Le dimanche alors que nous étions excédés nous avons pu changer de chambre. Le bruit était plus plus lointain, plus supportable. Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi l'hôtel peut attribuer des chambres à proximité immédiate de chambres en travaux. C'est un mépris total pour la clientèle. Vu que notre vol était en soirée, nous étions un peu coincés, nous avons négocié pour garder la chambre jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi. Malgré le préjudice subi à cause des travaux, on nous a fait payer cette prolongation, certes à un prix moindre. Mais un geste commercial plus conséquent aurait été le bienvenu. On reconnait la qualité d'un hôtel, de l'encadrement et du personnel, dans la manière dont un problème est géré. Là nous sommes très déçus, sans parler que j'accompagnais un groupe. Qu'est-ce que je dis à mes clients ? Un de mes clients était au 2 ème étage, il m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas pu faire la sieste, tout mon groupe était fatigué vu que nous étions en fin de séjour de 3 semaines en Inde. Nous sommes partis juste à temps le lundi soir car une soirée se préparait sur une terrasse juste sous nos fenêtres. Nous avons eu quand même droit aux essais de la sono, évidemment des baffles géantes !
